SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays).

DELIVERY TIME

• US standard shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch
• International shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.

TRACKING

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED PACKAGES

We stand behind every order. If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within the expected window, email info@maryjames-jewelers.com within 14 days of the expected delivery and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it — and either replace your item or refund you in full.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are charged by your local authorities and are not included in the order total. Reach out if you have questions and we'll do our best to help.
