REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return any item for a refund or exchange. Items should be unworn and in their original condition.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Just email info@maryjames-jewelers.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label or simple step-by-step instructions, depending on your location.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method. We'll email you as soon as it's sent.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we cover all costs — return shipping is on us and we'll replace the item or fully refund you, whichever you prefer.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you're returning simply because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is yours, but we'll still process the refund promptly once we receive the item.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Need to cancel? Just email us within 24 hours of placing the order or before it ships (whichever comes later) and we'll cancel and fully refund you. After the order has shipped, please use the return process above.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking says delivered but you haven't received it, or your package arrives damaged, just contact us within 14 days. We'll investigate with the carrier and either replace the item or refund you in full — you won't be left out of pocket.
